CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations please contact us by email or phone to receive a refund. If cancellation occurs 48 hours prior to reservation date, a refund will not be issued. Due to the demand and scheduling of our services with other customers. We will do our best to give refunds as necessary. Such as cancelling your activities 48 hours before time of appointment. Calling to cancel because of an emergency, if severe weather is in the area or If we have to regretfully cancel on you. You cannot receive a refund after using our services even if your time was interuppted, cancelled, or terminated by misuse of machinery or intolerable behavior, intoxicated, impaired, ect.
